"Why’s that?"

Between 2:00 - 4:00 Saturday afternoon is the best time to go to O'Boys - the lunch rush is over, the dinner rush hasn't begun, the wait staff is bored and tells you stories if you give them the slightest opportunity and there're usually a smattering of other colorful locals around, who know the same sekrit.
