I recently discovered the joys of browsing fanficrants (no, really, before I was insulted by the vole. :-) A good rant is cathartic. So I present to you the perfect -- nay, Platonic form of all rants:
Clever and Mildly Insulting Subject Line
Don't miss the gems in the comments that follow, either (especially what devolves from sevendeadlyfun's "Self-aggrandizing statement of support"). The whole thing will make you weep that there are no further worlds to conquer. Or something like that.

I'm quite happy. (I'll also admit, shamefacedly, that it took me some little amount of puzzled reading before I figured out what was going on in that post. I'm not usually that slow on the uptake, but I'd had a trying week. Laughter is excellent medicine, but you have to get the joke first.)
