nebroadweHurray! Recognition from my peers! Some of 'em, anyway ...
I am mightily pleased. It's always an ego-boost when people tell me they enjoy my work (I'm waiting with great interest for the judges' comments). It's particularly nice to have received Judges' Choice for a June FMA fanfiction challenge on the topic "beach" when my entry featured a rainy spring beach on the French Riviera, not a sunny summer one somewhere in Amestris or environs (as the winner and runner-up did, frex. Memo to self ... :-)
